Automation Consultants & Technical Services have been involved in programming many Industrial Robotic and Control Projects for large scale jobs using up to 45 robots to smaller jobs including just one robot.

ACTS experienced team have the capability to Install and Commission many brands of robots including ABB, Kawasaki, Motoman, Epson, Kuka and Fanuc.

The ACTS team has also been involved in projects of varying applications from Spot Welding in automotive factories of GM Holden, Ford & Toyota to Palletising in the food industry at SPC Ardmona and Package assembly at the Royal Australian Mint in Canberra.

ACTS also has the availabilty of high end 3D Simulation software. This allows the whole robotic cell to be fully simulated before manufacturing and installation allowing for advanced feasibility studies and offline programming, therefore reducing down time after installion.
